Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation 2015

mission-impossible-rogue-nation-2015-movie-action-stillTom Cruise is back as Ethan Hunt, the role that made him an action-star. Originally set for a late 2015 release, Rogue Nation was pushed forward to early August to avoid competition from Star Was: Episode VII – The Force Awakens and Spectre. This was a good choice, since Fant4stic has underperformed at the box office and met negatively reviews from critics. Rogue Nation is set to earn a descent amount of money, which is not surprisingly, since this is a very good action movie. Tom Cruise shows that he can still kick some serious ass at the age of 53. And the plane-stunt is simply amazing. Good performances by Simon Pegg Jeremy Renner and Ving Rhames. But the movie felt a bit too long and could become more interesting with some editing towards the end. But this is all in all a good action-movie that will certainly bring forward more Mission: Impossible-movies in the future.
